History
Founded in 2010 by Séverine and Mikaël Silvestre, Rhum St Barth was born from a passion for cocktails and Caribbean culture. Sourced from the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, our range of non-AOC Agricole rhums reflects a modern approach — crafted specifically for mixology, while honouring the spirit and vitality of island life.
A New Vision of Agricole
Our purpose is to create rhum that makes exceptional cocktails. Each expression is crafted to bring freshness, balance, and character to the glass, allowing Agricole rhum to transport you to new places. We challenge the idea that fine rhum belongs to only one origin or must be molasses-based, opening the door to a broader, more contemporary expression of the category.
